As a mental trainer and, at the same time, the owner of the beauty studio and the SPN training academy, I conclude that our work is not only about taking care of the beauty and educating women, it also affects their wonderful well-being, relaxation and mental support.

My clients often say that they visit us not only because of services and training, they simply feel pampered in our studio and can talk in confidence about the most intimate matters. Sometimes they just need to be heard.

We live in a world dominated by social media, where emotions are shown with emoticons, conversations often boil down to SMS.

This leads to the objectification of man. The research has proven that Millennials, the generation of people born since 2000, need to meet each other in real life less and less often.

The last year has clearly shown us how much we need each other. He proved that the pursuit of illusory happiness, competition, stress and pressure in the face of threats to our life and health completely lose its meaning.

It gives us a different perspective, humility, and also allows us to re-evaluate what we lost during our development.

We subconsciously long for each other, for closeness, for being with another human being. This is our physiology! We can drown it out for some time for fear of rejection or a negative opinion, but scientific research confirms that relationships with another person have therapeutic properties. Touch, mindfulness, kindness, conversation heals our body, mind and soul.

The fact that we are so connected with technology does not mean that we do not feel or experience. On the contrary - we need each other even more!

We are currently entering the era of Human 2 Human marketing, where we take care of people, their well-being, where we take into account their feelings and emotions.
