The shipping time on the product card is given for one piece.If your order includes more than one, we may not have that quantity in stock at this time. The shipping time may be extended in such a situation and the Customer will be informed by email or telephone.
When the "Unavailable Product" message appears on the product card, it means that the item cannot be ordered at this time. We do not have it in stock at this time and/or our suppliers do not have it. We cannot guarantee that this item will reappear on sale.
On the territory of Poland, the courier company "DHL Parcel", "FedEx Express Polska" or "InPost S.A." delivers ordered parcels, while outside of Poland the courier company "UPS". The delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the recipient's address. On the territory of Poland, it is usually 1-2 working days from the moment of shipment of the package. Outside od Poland is 4-5 working days from the moment the package was shipped.
The Beautica Group has no influence on the specific delivery time of the shipment by the courier company. When the status of the order changes to "Order Shipped", that is, on the day of handing over the package to the Courier, the Customer receives an e-mail with the number of the consignment note and the name of the courier company in order to track the package independently.
The courier company is obliged to inform the Customer by TEXT MESSAGE to the number provided when placing the order, with day and time of delivery of the items.
The delivery time may be extended due to the customer's absence at the address indicated in the order. In this case, the Courier is obliged to leave the Note at the place of delivery of the shipment or send it by TEXT MESSAGE .

Delivery within the Poland

The shipping cost for people using the annual SPN Nails Brand Promotion "2+1 as a Gift" is PLN 12.00 regardless of the payment method chosen and the value of the Order.
The cost of shipment of the ordered goods outside the Poland depends on the country of shipment and the total weight of the Ordered Products.
For orders sent to EU countries, these costs will be clearly indicated during the order process. For shipments outside EU, the exact costs will be calculated and sent to the Customer for acceptance after placing the order
Outside of Poland we carry out shipments of parcels up to 30 kg. If the total weight of the products added to the basket exceeds 30 kg, the store will automatically charge you the cost of the next package.
To check the final delivery amount, you must add all products to your shopping cart and select a payment method. You will then see the exact cost of transport.

Payment in cash to the courier on receipt of the order. Beautica Group reserves the right to provide additional telephone verification for orders of this type .
Transfer to bank account (Prepayment)
Payment method for clients who prefer to log in to an internet bank, visit a bank or post office. After placing an order with the payment method "Prepayment" in the e-mail, the Customer receives a bank account number, to which the amount for the ordered Goods must be transferred, together with the cost of shipping. Once the payment has been credited to the Beautica Group's account, the order is transferred for processing. At the same time, we would like to inform you that we do not ship the ordered Products on the basis of the sent confirmation.

PayPo – deferred payment
The decision to defer payment is granted in less than 10 seconds. The customer has the possibility to defer payment up to a maximum of 1000 PLN (the first order up to a maximum of 800PLN), but the final amount depends on the scoring systems.
The customer has 30 days to pay for the purchases, during which time the APRC is 0%, so the customer does not incur any additional costs.
If the customer decides to repay the purchase in 4 installments, the interest rate depends primarily on the amount of the transaction and is on average about 20%.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The above right can be realized by the Consumer by sending the completed return form (withdrawal from the contract) / exchange of goods to the following address: "Beautica Group" ul. Senatorska 50/58-62 93-192 Łódź with returned goods or to the e-mail address: email@example.com.
The 14-day period must be counted from the date of receipt of the goods by the Consumer or the person indicated by him.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract of sale of Products concluded at a distance, the contract is considered not concluded and the Consumer is exempt from all obligations.
Reimbursement of mutual benefits should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days.
The Goods returned by the Consumer should be wrapped in an appropriate manner, ensuring that there is no damage during transport, if possible the Goods should be wrapped in the original packaging. The cost of packaging and returning the Goods shall be handled by the Consumer.The Store will reimburse the Consumer for the costs of delivery of the ordered goods to him - up to the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option available in the given offer.
The store does not accept returns sent with a cash on delivery method.
The store sends back the replaced product through the courier company FedEX Poland. Shipping costs $12.50.
The right of withdrawal shall not be granted in the following cases:
- benefit contracts for which the price or remuneration depends solely on price movement on the financial market,
- where the object of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons,
- benefits of the characteristics specified by the Consumer in his order or closely related to his person,
- benefits which, by their nature, cannot be repaid or the subject matter of which is rapidly deteriorating,
- special orders executed for clear individual needs / customer requests.
The return (withdrawal) / replacement form of the Goods, depending on the option selected in the Shopping Cart, was sent to you in an order confirmation email or delivered with the ordered products.

The customer has the right to make a complaint about the defective product. There are two types of warranty:
- Manufacturer/distributor warranty (if any and the warranty period has not expired)
- Warranty - if the goods have a defect
The detailed conditions for the implementation of the warranty are set out in the printing of the warranty issued by the guarantor. If no specific date is specified in the warranty card, then the warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods.
You may make a warranty claim within 2 years from the date of sale if you find that it is defective, incomplete, defective or inconsistent with the description. The complaint will be processed within 14 days of its submission.
