Directions for use:
Apply a base gel or a base coat onto the prepared nail, cure in the lamp. Apply SeaShell Gel and cure in the DUAL LED lamp for 60 sec. You may also apply 700 Top Shine UV LaQ or 501 Top UV LaQ.
