Bling TOP Holographic Silver is a transparent top coat with shiny particles of various sizes and small pieces of cut foil in a shade of holographic silver.
TOP is medium-thick and elastic, it does not flow onto the cuticles and levels out beautifully. Does not require rinsing. It leaves a smooth surface - you do not need to apply an additional TOP on it.
You can refine every shade of a gel polish with it, while perfectly protecting your styling. Bling TOPs are durability and shine in 3 shades!
