The Annual Meeting of SPN Nails Educators is behind us!
Beautiful and clever woman, which are entrepreneurial business woman, owners of the most beautiful Beauty Salons, came from different parts of Poland on a special invitation of CEO SPN Nails brand, Sylwia Pfajfer to a new Headquarters in Łódź.
Every event like this, which is organized every year, is a great opportunity to meet in a group of friends, to share our experience and to learn something new and inspiring.
Our Educators which belong to the elite Team of SPN Nails, are the ones who develop our brand, giving their opinions on new products, earning medals and trophies on international Nail Competitions and on a daily basis they teach a bunch of new nails passionate with the standards of our brand.
This year's meeting in July was exceptional one because the time was exceptional as well. Beauty industry was the one which felt the effect of the global pandemic and closure of beauty salons in March. For most of the Salon Owners it was an excuse to stop and rethink their businesses, recount costs, have an emergency plan and ideas for a big comeback. Some of them didn't think about the cost of running a business. For others it was the time to invest in themselves, getting new qualifications, developing the area of online training
At this moment the most important thing was to find the strength and motivation for future actions!
And this motivation was given by our guests who were also invited to this meeting.
Karolina Ryszkiewicz - Beauty Business Expert with many years of experience in business training, owner of one of the top and recognized nail salons in Łódź. She shared with our Eucators her knowledge on running beauty salons, showing us on what to focus on, what to invest in, and what to remember when running a beauty salon.
Why Social Media is so important and how strong is the power of recommendation? Karolina invited girls for individual consultation and started a new cycle of business meetings online, which will be shown soon as SPN Business Club. More information SOON!
Another Lecture we invited our Educators on was public speaking of Natalia Bogdan, Expert in Marketing and Promoting in Social Media.
We were talking about how to run our business profiles, how small changes will help our business to grow even more, how to use a commercial manager and how to run our business on Facebook and Instagram.
Our other guest and speaker was Karolina Dołęgowska, Mental Trainer, which proved us that women really can do anything! She told us how important is self acceptance in actions, how to appreciate ourselves, develop and at the same time find time for ourselves and learn to rest.
One of the most important things was the introduction to the newest products of SPN Nails brand, which Sylwia Pfajfer told us herself. The emotions accompanying the announcements of new products reached their zenith! Soon you will experience them too!
We finished our meeting with a glass of prosecco and delicious brunch, and the remaining conclusions will be successively implemented!
It was a beautiful time full of smiles and motivating talks with delicious coffee.
