This is a gel polish with a flash effect, in the Cat Eye formula.
It is incredibly multifunctional - you can apply it like a classic gel polish,in artificial light admiring the incredible shine of the particles, but also use a magnet and create a fantastic cat eye effect, or the most fashionable glass nail decoration.
How to do it? Apply any color of gel polish under 1025 Prosecco FLASH (e.g. black 503 Black Tulip), cure in the lamp, apply a layer of 1025 Prosecco FLASH, use a magnet to bring out even more shine and after curing cover it with a semi-transparent gel polish.
You will get a beautiful glass surface with a cat eye effect.
